2 tsps. apple cider vinegar

Place the sage and rosemary in a 6 qt. pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to barely a simmer. Simmer, covered, for up to 6 hours, making sure the water does not boil off. Remove from the heat and let steep overnight. Strain the herbs and add enough water to the strong tea to make 5 cups. Add the vinegar and bottle. Use this rinse after you wash your hair, rubbing it thoroughly into your scalp. Barely rinse it, so that some remains on your hair.
