Pour one application of a mild baby shampoo into a cup and add 2 tablespoons of a strong decoction of herbs. Or you may use 4 drops of essential oil or 4 drops of tincture. Mix together and use normally.

Herbal Decoction

Put 1 oz of mixed herbs or herb of your choice in a non metal pot add 10 oz of spring or tap water. Bring it slowly to a boil, lower heat, and gently simmer for 5-10 minutes. Turn off heat and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and store in refrigerator and use within a few days.
