Unscented shampoo concentrate (check health food store or soapmaking suppliers)

2 tablespoons dried chamomile

1 tablespoon dried rosemary

2 teaspoons sweet almond oil

1/4 teaspoon lemon oil

1 drop yellow food coloring { optional}

Heat the water in a saucepan, bringing to a boil. Add dried chamomile and rosemary to the water and remove the pan from the heat. Let the herbs sit in the water for 20 minutes. Pour the water through a strainer and into a collecting bowl. Discard herbs. Add the shampoo concentrate to the water and stir until it has dissolved. Add the almond oil, lemon oil, and the food coloring {if desired} and stir until blended. Let the mixture cool to room temperature and bottle. If giving as a gift place in a pretty colored bottle and tie with pretty ribbons and glue on some silk flowers.....
