When you cannot sleep night after night and it gets to be very annoying, how do you handle it? I don't actually get up, but I've heard others say that they do indeed get up for a while, so it's different for everyone. What do you do? My problem has been waking up around 5 a.m. day after day. What should I do

There are many home remedies and different things you can try


1. Take a walk about an hour or two before bed.
2. Drink a glass of warm milk.
3. Eat a banana before bed. naturalmedications.com/health-general/99...eral/892-banana.html
4. Try Reading.
5. Don't snooze during the day if you are.
6. Try a new mattress or a different room.
7. If you try sleeping pills, cut back and try a home remedy.
8. Get stress out of your head if there is any and there probably is, we all have some.
9. Sound machines work for me the best or a noise maker like my air cleaner which is cleaning the air while I get to hear a white noise like sound from it. Set it on low first to try it out.
10. Is your pulse racing at night? Try taking in less caffeine or none for a while, try some herbal tea.
