1/2 cup Epsom salts or sea salt Basin of warm water 1/2 cup baking soda Add salt and soda to water. Soak your feet until the water cools. This is a very basic recipe that you can add a herb infusion made with of a handful of herbs that you've soaked in a cup of boiling water for 20-30 minutes. Strain and add to the basin before soaking your feet. You can also add a few drops of peppermint, lavender or rosemary essential oil to the water instead.
