2 drops chamomile 2 drops rose 1 drop eucalyptus(or peppermint)
Add essential oils to a clean cotton ball or tissue. Inhale throughout the day.
or 1 1/2 TBLS. carrier oil (something light) 5 drops chamomile 5 drops lavender 3 drops rose
Pour carrier oil into a clean dark glass bottle. Add essential oils. Gently shake before each use. Massage small amount to neck,chest and back in the morning and evening to help reduce attacks.
