AVOCADO BODY WRAP Print E-mail

1 very ripe avocado

1 cup of heavy cream

1/4 cup of aloe vera gel

towels

plastic wrap

In a blender, combine the pulp of the avocado, cream and aloe vera gel. Blend until it's a thick paste. Next plan on where you are going to lie down once you wrap yourself, and place lots of old towels down to protect the bed, couch or floor.

Rub the mask all over your body. Wash hands and begin wrapping yourself with the plastic wrap. Do this firmly but not so tightly that you cut off circulation. Lastly put some mask on your face and hair -- no plastic wrap please -- wrap hair in a towel and go lie down for 1 hour and relax. Remove plastic wrap and rinse off in the shower after one hour. Your skin should be extra soft and smooth.
