Hydrotherapy is a modern word for an ancient remedy. From the earliest times, people have submerged themselves in hot water to cleanse, refresh,

rejuvenate, repair and relax. Adding herbal blends to hot water enhances the natural healing and soothing qualities of a hot bath. In this project, you'll learn how to make four different blends: Rejuvenation, Skin Toner, Hard Days End and Sports Remedy. Make some for yourself and surprise your loved ones with a blend hand-made just for them!

Instructions:

Mix any of the following blends as dry ingredients. Stir well and fill a muslin bag with the blend. You could also use a metal tea ball or substitute lace or

cotton fabric. As you run your bath, place the tea ball or bag in the tub, under the running water. Then relax and enjoy!

1/2 cup lavender

1/2 cup rose petals

1/2 cup sage

1/2 cup rosemary
