Support your head on a bath pillow or a rolled up towel and close your eyes and inhale. Concentrate on your breathing and empty your mind of worries. the theraputic properties of the essential oils will sooth away your stress. After 15-20 minutes, emerge relaxed and wrap yourself in a large warm towel. Bliss.
