For times of stress, worry, and anxiety, this tea soothes even the most frazzled nerves while, what else, lifting the spirits.
1 part chamomile flowers 1 part hawthorn flowers, leaves and berries 1 part lemon balm leaves 1 part oatstraw 1 part St.-john's-wort flowers 1 part skullcap leaves 1/8 part lavender flowers (organic) 1 dropper full Siberian ginseng tincture (up to 2 dropper full)*
Combine all herbs in a pot, and cover with boiling water. Stir well, cover, and steep 15 to 20 minutes.
Add the tincture to the last few sips of tea, up to three times per day.
