1 t Astragalus Root 1 t Baptisia Root, If Available 1 t Echinacea Root 3 c Water
Combine herbs and water in a saucepan. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove from heat and steep for 20 minutes. Strain and serve. Drink 3 to 4 cups throughout the day to fight an active infection. (These herbs can also be taken as tincture: 30 drops, 3 or 4 times a day.)
