Remedy One

 

Half ounce of fresh Ginger

Half a stick of Cinnamon;

Honey

 

Boil the above ingredients for about 8 minutes, and ingest while still very warm. This will cause you to get rid of that nasty winter cold that you may

contract.

 

Remedy Two

 

This remedy works extremely well for the flu, as well as colds:

 

Half an inch fresh Ginger root, grated

A clove of garlic (two or more, if you can stand it), minced

1/8 tsp cayenne powder

Juice of half a lemon

1 cup boiling water

Honey

 

Pour boiling water over the other ingredients and let it stand for 20 minutes, or until cool enough to chug down. Remember that it's a medicine and is not meant to be sipped!
