Description:   Liquorice is a purple and white flowering perennial. Liquorice  works wonder as antiviral, anti inflammatory, expectorant and immune stimulator. Liquorice  promotes the activation of interferon, a potent, naturally produced antiviral compound. Thus, it plays an important role in reducing the symptoms of asthma.

 

Directions For Use:  Liquorice tea is good for asthma and it is pleasant tasting and needs no additional sweetner.

 

  • The tea can be made by simmering a few pieces of the root in a pint of water for 15-20 minutes.

  • You can  reused the root 2 or 3 times before new pieces are needed.

Ingredients Used:   Tumeric, Boswellia, Sea salt

 

Description:   Tumeric helps reduce the inflammation associated with asthma, it contains curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antioxidant and anti-tumour activity.

 

Directions For Use: Take 400 mg. of Tumeric, 250 mg. of Boswellia, and breathe very deeply through a home-made sea salt inhaler for 10 deep inhalations Repeat all twice a day.   Helps to maintain healthy lungs.

Directions;

  •  Get an old plastic pill bottle with a plastic lid, electrical tape-or other pliable tape, a paperclip, pliers, and coarse sea salt.
  • Open up the paperclip to form a straight piece of metal.
  • Grab the paperclip near the end with the pliers, hold the other end over the flame or heat of a stove until the end gets red hot.
  • Now, with the bottle sitting on a table, quickly melt holes through the sides of the very bottom of the bottle every 1/8' until you go all the way around the bottle.
  • You may have to heat the paperclip up again to do this depending on the thickness of the bottle.
  • Now, put holes in the very center on the top of the lid every 1/16' (at least 12 holes) leaving the perimeter still solid.
  • Fill the bottle with 1/3 cup of coarse sea salt.
  • Wrap a small amount of electrical tape around the sides of the lid to form a tight seal.
  • PRESTO!!!...you've just made a sea salt inhaler that companies charge good money for!
  • Use the inhaler by placing your mouth over the center of the lid and breathing in deeply. Remove your mouth from the bottle and hold your breath for 5 seconds, then exhale as forcefully as you can. Repeat this process for 10 inhalations.
